Last time I wrote about superfoods in general, what really makes them super and how they affect us in positive ways. Now I want to introduce you to some of the better known superfoods.

Two Tasty Smoothie Recipes with Superfoods
Purification and Support of Immune System
1 bunch of mint leaves
1 squirt of lemon juice
1 small piece of ginger
1 tablespoon Maca powder
1 teaspoon barley grass powder
Water or coconut water
Basic Recipe for Natural Protein and Power Smoothie:
approx. 2 fruits of choice (berries are especially good, seasonal or frozen)
approx. 40g milled flax seeds, soaked in water overnight, approx. 10g peeled
3 tablespoons raw coconut or nut sauce (supplies fat-soluble vitamins, lauric acid, minerals). Raw saturated fats detox the body, counteract the dehydration of the body, and are important for good digestion.
